Can HY200 Ever be used in Solid Multi-wythe Brick?

A small angle support was anchored into existing multi-wythe brick wall (12" thick) but HY200 was used. It was also anchored overhead into the slab that is supported on the wall. The angle is supporting a 1ft opening; will they have to remove the anchors and use HY70/270??
